There is an active teen ministry at the Trumbull church of Christ. Our teens support local youth rallies which are hosted by congregations throughout the state. Aside from learning God’s word, our teens step up to the plate and serve. In the fall we put together care packages for the homeless which include hats, gloves, scarves, toiletries, etc. and bring them to our local shelter to distribute to those in need. Our teens have been known to personally provide services to our seniors like mowing lawns, helping out where needed, and more. They participate in teams for the Bible Bowl and spend several months preparing for the competition. Their successes in winning top place over the past years is second to the emphasis that is placed on the knowledge of scripture that will benefit them all of their days. We are grateful for these young souls and know that God is blessing each one.
